When inhaled, the levomenthol produces a cooling sensation in the nasalpassages, helping to relieve the symptoms of congestion. The lubricatingointment base also helps to soothe irritated skin around the nose. 2. BEFORE YOU USE HAPPINOSE

This product can be used during pregnancy and while breast-feeding. The ingredients have been in widespread use in this and similar preparations for many years,without reports of problems. However, safety trials have not been conducted.Driving and using machineryLevomenthol 0.3% w/w, Eucalyptol, Geranium Oil, White Soft Paraffin, Light Liquid Paraffin as an ointment.

In some rare cases, irritant or allergic skin reactions (involving itching, swelling and redness) may occur on extremely sensitive skin. Using the little finger, carefully apply up to 1 cm of Happinose in and aroundeach nostril, and then inhale through the nose. It is just what I have been looking for I was perscribed a medical creme for nosebleeds which helped but was no aloud to be on it permenantly so this product can be used as often as needed thank you Do not worry if you occasionally forget to use this product, just carry on using it when you remember. If this happens, rinse the eyes with plenty of water. If rinsing one eye, take care to avoid washing product into the other eye. If irritation persists, tell yourdoctor or pharmacist.

If desired, Happinose can also be rubbed on the bridge of the nose, throat and chest and between the shoulders. The other ingredients are cineole (eucalyptol), geranium oil, white soft paraffin, and light liquid paraffin. Blow the nose before application. Carefully apply half an inch of Happinose inside each nostril using the little finger and inhale. Using this product is not known to affect your ability to drive or use machinery. 3. HOW TO USE HAPPINOSE

Follow the above instructions for adults, but using up to ¼ cm of ointment in and around each nostril. Do not worry if you occasionally forget to use this product, just carry on using it when you remember. 4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS Using the little finger, carefully apply up to I cm of Happinose in and around each nostril, and then inhale through the nose.Please note that parcels weighing over 2kg may be sent via courier due to Royal Mail weight restrictions. If desired, Happinose Balm may also be rubbed onto the lips, nose, throat, chest and between the shoulders to help relieve congestion. If the ointment accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse the eyes with plenty of water. If rinsing one eye, take care to avoid washing product into the other eye.
