Tend Skin can be applied with a soft tissue, a cotton ball, a cotton tip or fingers. If using fingers, rinse after application. Only a thin layer of solution is required. I bought this product after using a sample of it. I do tend to get ingrown hairs on my legs very easily after shaving and it is a problem. The bumps are very noticeable and itchy. After using this product I find that there are less ingrown hair and I think with prolonged use it will help even more! I am very happy with the product, money well spent, in my opinion!

You can always apply it on dry skin. If the skin is wet, it will simply “float off”.
