A Clash of Kings’employs George R. R. Martin’s use of limited third-person perspective to dive into the story of Westeros. The use of limited prescience in the novel makes the reader understand the perspective of each character from whom the story gets narrated. Martin is a genius, there seems to be no doubt about that. His gift with words and storytelling combine to craft a tale that will one day rival Tolkien’s as a fantasy tale for England. Make sure you are reading ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ today. Lord Tywin starts marching out of Harrenhal to fight Robb. However, his army gets beaten by the young King. Arya aids in recapturing Harrenhal for Roose Bolton. After Bran’s fall, the world becomes cruel, and everything no longer has meaning to him. Then he meets the three-eyed crow. An entity shrouded in mystery. The crow tells him to fly, and from there, he becomes different. Bran soon begins to walk in the body of his direwolf Summer. The Three-eyed crow came with power that no one had after the fall of magic. Despite her three infant dragons, Daenerys Targaryen's followers have been much reduced. The vast Dothraki army formerly commanded by her husband, Khal Drogo, has broken into individual factions and she is left with only her bloodriders, Ser Jorah Mormont, and a hundred or so others.
