The Hog / Back-Stretcher - BackBaller

The Hedgehog was originally intended for use as a foam roller and trigger point release tool. It has been developed by an incredible Pilates Presenter and Physiotherapist, Tracey Gjertsen, to be used for rehab, one to one and group classes as an entire programme of flexibility, stability, balance, power and strength. Regarding the joints, they also improve very noticeably. On the other hand, the muscles benefit from the stretching to which they are constantly subjected, granting great flexibility to the whole body. As a passionate teacher and practitioner of pilates, I'm dedicated to advancing my teaching skills, personal knowledge & expertise by regularly attending teaching workshops and courses.
