About this deal

Nightmare Face: Deformed faces, with various numbers of eyes, mouths and rows of teeth, are prominent in the ghosts and monsters featured in the stories. Demonic Dummy: A straw dummy that might be possessed by the God of Hair (or might be one of its forms) appears. NAKAYAMA: I'm very much interested in folk traditions and the beliefs of Japan's minorities, including mountain worship, as well as Buddhism, Shinto, and the like, but Ogushi-sama wasn't based on any specific real-world belief system. Carried into modern Japan from a forgotten past, the being known as Ogushi haunts and tortures humans of all kinds. Little is know about Ogushi's curse, except that it resides in an unexpected place: human hair.

NAKAYAMA: Hmm… I'm no exorcist, so take this with a grain of salt, but I think if you run into a being like that, the best thing to do is not to take it too seriously. Most of them are just figments of your imagination. Most of them…probably… Explosive Breeder: The Body Horror things multiply copiously inside human bodies, and exit in a rush via any available orifices. NAKAYAMA: This is embarrassing, but I don't, not entirely. I see part of the chronology, and I try to fill in the gaps until I start to get a better sense of what's going on. Then I do that over and over.plaguing all the other entries in the book, and bluntly drops the supposition "Could it be that all NAKAYAMA: No, not to speak of. My feeling is that if someone encountering one of those apparitions was able to give it a name, it would suggest they had the mental or psychological bandwidth left to do so – but I don't think they do, or would. I simply speak on behalf of the characters, so I don't know anything they don't know. Some people might find the fact that the stories start to follow a certain pattern as a con, making them feel predictable. Of course, it's up for everyone to decide whether that kind of format is entertaining for them or not. As for me, in the vast majority of them it wasn't a problem at all. However, for the sake of this review, I felt it was worth of mentioning this aspect.

From what they say, his latest manga PTSD Radio is so abhorrent that it has started to affect his health. Reports of Nakayama suffering Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) all of the sudden during its production are often mentioned to confirm this alleged curse. The fact that PTSD Radio is apparently on hiatus since its sixth volume seems to corroborate the author’s reticence to keep working on this manga. The impact, then, is double-edged. The brief propulsions of narrative, moving around and coming as they go without any resolution, carry a haunting effect in their saying, this is how the world is, everywhere, all the time; it can happen to anyone, and it does happen to everyone, and the world around you will not notice or care. On the other hand, its selection and prompt discarding of protagonists does not allow the author, or at least does not compel him, to develop his characters outside of their relationship to the overall plot, prompting the reader to ask if they should, in any sense beyond the aesthetic, care or be engaged in any active way. Surreal Horror: Horrible things happen to people for no discernible reason they can understand... the problem is, those horrors often turn out to have their own logic, which doesn't mesh with human understanding.

Oct 28 NBA Star Rui Hachimura Gets Animated and Possibly Saves the World in New Crayon Shin-chan EpisodeThis was not a good idea though. It seemed that whatever was haunting him did not want him to talk about it, because the disgrace around him increased. For this reason, he put on hold the publication of further extra chapters involving his old office but not PTSD Radio itself. Is PTSD Radio still on hiatus?
