Mattel has brought upon us a lot of things to love in 2023, with fun '93 homages, toys we would never have expected to have several years ago (I mean, if someone told me back in 2016-2017 that we would get an in-scale Mamenchisaurus or a Steven Spielberg action figure. I don’t think there will be any red Rexes for JP30, cause that’s more reminiscing, and less realistic. I think that Mattel should remake the Giganotosaurus, the one we got was absolute crap, but insted of being Zeb(Movie Giganotosaurus) it shoud be Reaper(the name I gave to the prologue Giga), this is because to me the design of Reaper looks cooler.
The Super Colossals in particular are just so big, I can’t show them off the way I’d like and it makes me reluctant to collect them all.

But the centerpiece of the Classic Collection is arguably the new Tyrannosaurus Rex figure, a "real feel" dinosaur with electronic roar sounds built in and the ability to swallow the smaller dinosaurs whole (the stomach opens up so you can get them back) in case you really want to rampage. The one Mattel gave us sucks… compared to the Kenner Ford Explorer, the Mattel version isn’t a good vehicle for playability. Who doesn’t remember the iconic scene in Jurassic Park when Lewis Dogson revealed the cooling unit from inside the Barbasol shaving foam canister?
