The chicken in the chow mein was moist, not dry, and the crispy chilli beef was actually crispy and not stodgy like other places - I ate the entire portion! Our noodles are firm, elastic, golden in colour and do not clump, meaning less waste and easier handling (whether prepared in bulk or as individual servings).

We had the duck and pancakes for starters followed by the king prawn in honey and chilli sauce and beef curry.
