I am always motivated by Ant's books and although a lot of what he says is stuff you know it's always good if you're having a bad day to see get up, brush teeth, put clothes on as positives to power you on.He has such an authentic and matter of fact way of speaking that it was instantly relatable and motivating. The parts I enjoyed most were his insights into the positive kindness behind some of the tough messaging for participants in Who Dares Wins, his Channel 4 reality show. PS If you view Emilie’s segments as an love letter to her husband, you will actually look forward to them. And there are two ways of meeting them: negatively, where blame is the answer, where other people are at fault, where you haven’t been treated fairly. I feel like this book in it’s honesty is the closest we will get to having an insight into who Ant is.

Also to recognise there are those who are just negative and to let them go if they are bringing you down. I have read 4 of his books, not sure if I will read more at this point but by in the large the 4 I have read have helped inject more belief and positivity into my life. however these stories dont come across with the same impact as what they did before, maybe because the story isn't the focus, the story is just being used as an example in his or others behaviour to portray a message.
