Again made from TPU, this system supports the middle of the foot, keeping it locked in place throughout the swing. Tour X features FJ’s proprietary PowerStrap™, a moulded component integrated into the shoe’s upper to provide lock-down medial and lateral support. Tour Alpha has a classic full rounded toe character with standard fit across the forefoot and instep, with a slightly narrower heel to keep you grounded even on difficult terrains.

I was initially disappointed that the leather seemed a tad stiff when I first put it on but I kneaded the toe area a bit, wore them around the house, and they loosened up nicely.Proprietary OPS system (Optimized Performance Stabilizer), made up of the external 3D molded heel counter, A-Frame and the lateral clip lock you in allowing you to swing away with full force. They are similar to the Tour-S shoes, with some subtle yet effective changes that make all the difference. As someone who places stability above all else when it comes to selecting a pair of golf shoes it was such an easy pair for me to fall in love with. Now we’re out there for five hours and when I wear the more comfortable upper, my feet feel better at the end of the day. The FJ PowerPlate Outsole with Launch Pod technology provides an incredibly secure platform from which to attack the golf ball.
